Jane focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters. She provides assistance to clients on marital dissolution cases, including those with high-conflict child custody issues and the division of complex assets and debts. She also works with unmarried parents and partners, cases involving domestic violence, and post decree matters involving enforcement of or modification to existing parenting plans and support orders.
While Jane has extensive courtroom experience, she also understands the emotionally charged environment that surrounds family law disputes and works closely with each client to reach favorable resolutions to issues cooperatively whenever possible.
